When you contact Hydrotech, you may provide your name, organisation, contact details, project information and documents. Only information necessary to review and respond to the enquiry should be submitted.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess project requirements, maintain business records and communicate about relevant services. Hydrotech does not sell personal information.

Document uploads

The secure upload endpoint is not yet active in this release. Visitors are asked to email documents directly and to avoid sharing confidential information unless authorised.

Website analytics

Analytics may be added to understand general website usage. Any analytics implementation should be configured to collect only the information required for performance and service improvement.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied, subject to legal and contractual record-keeping requirements.
